We provide spray foam insulation removal, roofing and related property services across the UK. Any quotation we give is based on the information available at the time and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. The final price may change if conditions on site differ from those described to us (for example, hidden damage, additional foam, or access issues discovered once work begins). We will inform you before carrying out any additional work.

3. Quotes, bookings and contracts
A quotation does not form a contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your booking in writing (including by email).
You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information about the property and the work required.
You must ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the property on the agreed dates.

4. Your cancellation rights
If you are a consumer and you agreed to the contract off-premises or at a distance (for example by phone, email or through this Website), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering the contract, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin work during the 14-day cancellation period and then cancel, you must pay for the work carried out up to the point of cancellation.

Payment terms will be set out in your quotation or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within [X] days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

Any guarantee we offer on workmanship or materials will be confirmed in writing and is subject to the conditions stated in that guarantee. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party work, or issues outside our control after completion.
